Every data issue is now clearly labelled so you always know its status. These are the labels:
- Under investigation: We’re checking it out.
- Solution in progress: A fix is on the way.
- Client action required: We need your input.
- Issue resolved: All done!
- Issue cancelled: No action needed

2. Clear problem types
Know what you’re dealing with at a glance. Issues are classified as:
- Internal issues (e.g., technical parsing challenges)
- External issues (e.g., data provider delays)
3. Proactive notification system
Stay on top of your data management with:
- Red dot notifications in the menu
- In-app alerts
- Email updates for each action and completed task
- Easy task delegation to team members
- Option to contact hello energy support when needed
