Every data issue is now clearly labelled so you always know its status. These are the labels:

• Under investigation: We’re checking it out.
• Solution in progress: A fix is on the way.
• Client action required: We need your input.
• Issue resolved: All done!
• Issue cancelled: No action needed

2. Clear problem types
Know what you’re dealing with at a glance. Issues are classified as:

• Internal issues (e.g., technical parsing challenges)
• External issues (e.g., data provider delays)

3. Proactive notification system
Stay on top of your data management with:

• Red dot notifications in the menu
• In-app alerts
• Email updates for each action and completed task
• Easy task delegation to team members
• Option to contact hello energy support when needed
